WE ARE INTERVIEWING MONDAY SEPTEMBER THE 21TH AT 6:00PM!
A Queens NY nightclub venue is seeking to hire attractive and experienced female bartenders and bottle waitresses.
We LOVE people that are hardworking and reliable. We also favor those that enjoy providing excellent customer service to the patrons and being part of an awesome team!
The venue is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
You Will. . .
Be 21 years and older
Have prior related experience in the nightlife industry and worked before in a nightclub, bar, or lounge setting.
Have your bartending license.
Have alcohol awareness training.
Have knowledge of how to use a POS system.
Arrive early to clean, prep, and set up their work area.
Have a basic knowledge of various cocktails and shots mixes.
Have knowledge of the different types of liquors, wines, and spirits.
Be able to serve patrons in a swift and orderly fashion.
Ensure satisfaction of patrons orders.
Have basic math skills.
Be able to stand for long hours and work well under pressure.
Have the drive to up sell drinks and bottles.
Be able to lift and carry bottles to designated sections.
Setup VIP sections with necessary menus, flyers, and promotional items.
Additional things:
Spanish speaking a plus
Enjoy working in nightlife
In the Queens area or nearby with minimal travel (unless you're willing to)
Dressing appropriate for a nightlife setting
Fun and flirty attitude
Being able to "hustle" with a driven work mentality
Compensation and work hours will be discussed if invited to be interviewed.
